2. CSU-selfhosted health check all good result.
3. Full-sync at Channel Database group and Distribution schedules.
4. Configuration status at POS register show all passed.
5. Configuration status at retail store show /No entry found for Stores in 500 - Retail template./
Any idea?

It is a bug in configuration file. the new self service retail deployment or amend configuration file can fix this error.

It seems like you're facing issues with activating MPOS/Store Commerce in your on-premise D365 environment. Here are some steps and suggestions you can try to address the problem:

    1. Check Retail Server Configuration: Ensure that the Retail Server configuration is accurate and complete. Verify that the correct URLs, service account permissions, and other settings are properly configured.

    2. Check Data Synchronization: Since you've mentioned performing full-sync on the Channel Database group and Distribution schedules, make sure that the data synchronization process is working as expected. Ensure that there are no errors or discrepancies in data synchronization logs.

    3. Verify Retail Store Configuration: The error message "No entry found for Stores in 500 - Retail template" indicates that there might be an issue with the configuration of your retail stores. Double-check the configuration settings for your retail stores and templates, and ensure they are correctly defined and associated.

    4. Review Event Viewer Logs: Check the Event Viewer logs on both the domain-joined PC and standalone PC for any specific error messages related to the MPOS/Store Commerce activation process. This might give you more insights into what's causing the failure.

    5. Check Permissions: Ensure that the user accounts and service accounts used for MPOS/Store Commerce activation have the necessary permissions on the relevant databases and services.

    6. Review Logs: Dig into the logs of the different components involved in the activation process, such as Retail Server logs, Commerce Data Exchange logs, and any related logs. Look for any errors or warnings that could point you toward the root cause of the issue.

    7. Verify Retail Templates: Since the error message mentions a problem with the retail template, verify that the retail template is properly set up and associated with the store. Also, ensure that the template itself is not missing any required configurations.

    8. Update and Patching: Check if there are any updates, patches, or hotfixes available for D365 Retail. Applying the latest updates can sometimes resolve compatibility issues that could be causing the activation problem.

    9. Engage Support: If you've exhausted these steps and are still unable to activate MPOS/Store Commerce, it might be a good idea to reach out to Microsoft's support or your IT team for further assistance. They might be able to provide specific guidance based on your environment and configuration.

Remember to keep a record of the steps you've taken and any changes you've made so that you can effectively communicate with support if needed.
