Dear All, I am using MS GP 10 and i would like to get list of transactions that has been made on GP either cash , bank or GV transaction etc. on particular period.

Go to Smartlist--> Expand Finanace and select account transaction to you can get list of account related transactions in GP. or you can get through SQL server by using Select *from GL20000 for open and GL30000 for Historic transactions lists.

What type of transactions are you looking for ?

For instance, to check the type of "cash receipt" under receivable transactions;

You can go to Smart List > Sales > Receivable Transactions

Add a column; Cash Receipt Type

For payable transactions;

You can go to Smart List > Purchasing > Payable Transactions

Add a column; Payment Entry Type
