Sales Order maintenance

Does GP have tables that store changes to transactions? Specifically, I am looking for a table that contains an audit trail of changes to Sales Order detail lines. I'd be able to see the line number, the field changed, the previous data, and the new data. I'd settle for something that just says the order changed, even at the header level.

I have been working previously on a similar project, I got this fulfilled by using the SQL server CDC feature, check the blog post Audit Requirement for Dynamics GP
