GL Triggers failed to enable taAccountInsert

Posted on by 110

Hi,

The client has Professional Services Tool Library installed and uses GL Triggers. We recently upraded to DGP2010. I want a user to be able to use GL Triggers. I can set the triggers while logged on as 'sa', but not as the user. I created a test user and gave them POWERUSER access and still no luck.

The error they receive is:

"The stored procedure failed to enable taAccountInsert returned the following results: DBMS 1088, GP FINANCE TEST: 0.

GP FINANCE TEST is the name of the install.

If I give the use sysadmin access they can do it. I set the security as instructed in the PS ZTools document as well.

Has anyone come across this? It looks like specific security has to be set for this user at the SQL level.

thx,

Doug
