Field security setting problem after v9 upgrade

Hi, Our Dynamics 365 test (sandbox) system was upgraded from 8.2 to v9.0. After the upgrade we have one problem, that we couldn't solve so far:
One field security enabled attribute (quote.customerid) disapeared from field security profiles. Now even system administrator can't access this field on the forms and it is not possible to uncheck secured checkbox in attribute settings in Settings > Customizations menu.
We have tried to add further security roles to both my user and the field security profile but it didn't work, also we have tried to set IsSecure to false on this attribute from a C# plugin using admin access, the operation was processed without an error message but it didn't change the IsSecure flag.
Can anyone help us what we can do in this situation?

    Hi Miklos,

Did you find a solution to the field security issue?

We also had one field (opportunity.estimatedvalue) lose its field security profile.

    Thanks,

    Donal

MS support ticket is the best thing to do.

    Hi,

I was having the same problem and raised a MS Support. They have confirmed it as know issue and by running some query it is corrected .

You might have to raise a ticket for faster resolution.

    Best Regards,

    Abhiram
