Purchase Requisition in AX-2009

Hello All 
I am a bit stuck in purchase requisition in AX-2009, when I try to create a purchase requisition and when I try to select the requisitioner the message appears that you are not allowed to create request on behalf of other employees, whereas if I leave the field blank the message appears that requisitioner must be filled. 
What to do with it, please help me.

    Hi,

    Make sure you have the correct permissions that let you create a new requisition, check the permissions on the group that is applied to your user account.

    Hi

     1. To create requisitions on behalf of other employees, the currently logged on user must:

    a) be linked to an employee record

    b) on that employee record, go to SETUP<<ON BEHALF OF and define a list of employeesfor whom he can create requisitions.  These employees will then be available for selection on the requisition form, Requisitioner field

     2. if you do not want to create on behalf of someone else, the requisition field (read only) must be populated with the user's employee id..which is not happening in your examplte......thus giving the error

    a) the logged on user must be linked to a employee.
