Dynamic CRM: Documentbody in annotation(Note) entity is empty after Exporting data to Azure SQL

Hi exports,

We stored the picture as attachment in notes, we can call SDK to retrieve the attachment from documentbody field and get a very long string. With Data export to Azure SQL, the column of documentbody is always empty, but other columns looks normal. Do you have any idea how to fix the problem? Is it a bug from CRM Data exports?

Thanks

A workaround would be to create a new Memo text field

(Multiple Lines of Text:  Up to 1,048,576 characters of text can be in this field.)

Then a plugin could copy the documentbody content to that new field in a custom entity.

But you could only store a base64 encoded string that is up to 1MB in size.

Other method would be the implementation of a custom extraction tool that will merge the attachment data to your Azure SQL DB.

Thank you Andreas. Actually we store photo there, if this is not supported by design, what entity do you suggest us to store the photo data and we can export to Azure SQL?
