Cannot Create Dynamic Segment in new interface of Dynamics 365

Hi everyone,

Could you please help me to create a dynamic segments, it keeps on displaying "Loading segment metadata", please see my screenshot,

Previously, I can create a dynamic segment easily on old UI, but when the Dynamics 365 updates its UI, I cant create dynamic segments.

Upon checking the error I got 400 status message on the background.

    Hello,

    we are sorry to hear that  you experience the segmentation problem.

    If you could let us know the organization URL or org ID and ideally the segment ID and we can take a look. Best would be if submitted via a service request.

    (Or you can answer with Org ID and Segment ID here as well and  we will take care.)
