Greetings,

I am receiving this error message when trying to access D365:

An error has occurred.

Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support.

No issues when using Chrome.

Thoughts?

Hi,

Please clear the cache of Edge browser and then open the page again.

If not work, reset Edge.(Don't forget to export your bookmarks)
