Creating Duplicate Audit without filed value change

As shown in above image audit is created even though value not changed of status filed as Triaged to Triaged
due to this workflow also firing multiple times and sending duplicate emails can any one know why this happening even though value not changed of the field please help me on this

Hello,

When user updates field of a record with same value update occurs actually that invokes creation of audit record + triggers execution of plugins and workflows that handle change of field that have been changed. You should find out why this update occurs and remove this unwanted update and your issue will be resolved in this way.
