Hi,
A customer bought 10 x Sales Pro licenses and 1 x Marketing Attach via CSP reseller.
* How instant is it for the Attach to appear in the Subscription list?
* Does the license say "Attach" in the name or is it the usual "Marketing"?
* If it is not available even after sometime, why would that be?

It can take up to 24 hours for licenses to sync across systems. If it was purchased through Volume Licensing sometimes there can be glitches with those licenses being sync'd. If they aren't showing on the tenant and in Power Platform Admin Center after 24 hours please open a support ticket.
