Yesterday our UCC labels stopped printing. The printer works fine.
When on the Container Builder or Container Viewer screen, selecting a Container in a Tare, and pressing the Print button, the print job seems to be sent, but nothing prints. What process(es) should be running?
We have Lebel Manager running.
On a more general note, where does one assign a printer to use for the Container Builder or Container Viewer screen?
In our Order Types form, Steps tab, for a particular order, we have step 615 which prints the UCC label, however when selected, the Output Options button is disabled and a printer can't be assigned there.. where does one assign a printer for this step?
