Is there a way to automate D365 F&O by bypassing the MFA ? in selenium or Jmeter

We are using Dynamics 365 F&O 10x versions. Now we are planning to automate the scenarios using Selenium and perform load tests using Jmeter. Is there a way to handle the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). As per other blogs, I need to enter the secret key of my email ID. I was not able to find the secret key in azure / LCS / D365 sites. Is there any other way to by pass this and perform the automation or to turn off the MFA exclusive for my 365 DEV URL? Anyone did this earlier?

Perhaps you could search / ask on AAD forums and communities? Since the question is not actually specific to D365FO at all.
