Hi All,
There are some integration scenarios where the flat file need to be generated using the Data entity and the export data job (DIXF framework).
As shown in the below screenshot. Is there a way to generate fixed width flat files like below.

Yes, absolutely.
In the source data formats, the first field to setup is File format.
The options you have in standard are, and "Delimited", "Fixed width", .... there you go.
