DashBoard List view not showing + button and Associated View Records button in crm 2013 Outllok Client.

Hi,

I have created one dashboard.In that i have used the two list view for displaying Active Account records and Open Activity Records.

In web crm 2013 it is diplaying the + button as well as the associated view record button in that.

But, in outlook client it is only showing + button for Activity view only but not for the others view like e.g. Active Account view and Active Order view.

And Associated view button is not showing for all the views in crm outlook client where as it is showing in web version for all views.

Please guid on the same.

    Ya i had already read that post before i posted this.

    But, before sp1 installed none of the button(+ and view associated records) showing in outlook client.

    But, after sp1 installed it is showing + only for activity view and none for the other view like account and orders.

    Is there any specific changes features for crm 2013 outlook sp1?

    Not that I'm aware of, nor for SP1 Rollup 1 or 2.

    I've had a quick scan of the fixes and there's nothing really obvious in any of the 3 lists.

    Let us know if you find anything.

    Hi,

    I have verified by configuring CRM Vanilla in to the crm outlook 2013 and i'm facing the same issue as above i had mentioned.

    '+' sign for Activity view is available after sp1 rollup2.It is  not for all other entity.

    Can any suggest in which rollup the isuue would fixed.
