Cannot delete a record in requirement coverage (reqtranscov) (CAN NOT STARTED WORK ORDERS)

When I started the Work order in Production Orders (AX 2012), I couldn't start and it occurs an error as the image below.

Besides, we did not run MRP before starting any work order (we don't use this function). However, other Work Orders still start as usual.
I don't know the reason or solution for this issue.
I hope that someone can help me to find out the solution.
