Hello All,
In Quote System is not allowing to create Order from Quote showing "Database Resource Lock Could Not be Obtained".
When i am click on Create Order Ribbon Button the its show below error.
Please help me.

You should submit Microsoft support ticket as we don't have access to server to enable tracing .
Have you checked the browser developer tool network tab for more detailed error?
Have you tried from system admin role user?
running more than one real-time workflow that updates the same table can cause the resource lock
