Is there Copy Functionality for Case Management. I would like to copy a case record
Hi,Currently, copy clone functionality is not present OOB.So, to achieve this we need to follow some custom approach Plugin, Workflow, JavaScript, Or Combination of them such as:1. Create Ribbon Button -> Add Script -> Call Action-> And Register Plugin on same action to create clone.
2. You can use Managed Solutions from any D365 partner company.
