Hi,
We have approval journal setup in the Vendor Payment Journal and we want to have a Tile add in a workspace thats shows all the vendor payment journal reported as ready but not yet approved.
So in the field "Approved" we need to filter only the null values. Any idea how? We already test it with this: "" (doble quote) '' (simple quote)
(one space blank)
For the field "Reported as ready" to filter only the journal reported as ready we use the filter "Is not: "" (doble quote) and works ok.
Thanks!
Hello Macarena,
Two double quotes should allow you filtering on blanks.
That's also stated here: docs.microsoft.com/.../advanced-filtering-query-options
Can you possibly check how your computer is setup and whether you use single or double quotes to identify text values?
Best regards,
Ludwig
Hi Ludwig,
If we put: Does not contain "" it works (1) but we want only to see the blanks values. So if we use other option like Contains that doesn't work "" (2)
All vendor payment journal:
(1) With filter Does not contain "" only shows the journal with approval (not our requeriment but works)
(2) With filter Contains that doesn't work "" doesnt show anything:
Any idea?
Have you tried using this filter option?
Ludwig,
I finally was able to do it with this field and the value 0
