I am unable to getting the Charts, dashboards in on-premise
, but i am able to get the charts and dashboard please find the screen shot

You need to explain this a little better please.
Actually i am getting the charts in online portal but coming to on premise instance in portal side i am unable to pull the default charts from ms dynamic crm onpremise.
can you help me out.
