im doing termination for a number of employees, theere104 lines are in "processing action" statues and need to change them to " complete" status. the workflow works just fine

Hi,

What is your problem, you have not mentioned the problem.

If the workflow needs approval, just approve each of those. If those workflows are pending with someone, chase them for the approval. If you are system admin, you can also re-assign those pending work-items to someone else.
