Grant user role to create Crystal Report with Navision 2009 + SQL Server 2014

Hi Everybody,

I am a newbie in Dynamic Navision. I have migrated my Dynamic Navision 2009 R2 Native DB to SQL Server DB. Now, I want to grant SQL user to have permission to create Crystal Report with SQL DB using ODBC. Could someone can show me which roles that assign to user in SQL to do the requirement?

Thanks so much,

    It’s a standard SQL role:

    To set:

    Hi Stefano,

I did not see the DB_DATAREADER on my server. Could you please show me? I am running SQL Server 2014 Standard.

    Regards,

I think that you need at least to create a SQL User to use from Cristal Report to read the NAV tables that will be at least DB_DATAREADER on NAV db.
