CRM for outlook : tracking an email results in error : Failed to allocate a managed memory buffer of 8388608 bytes

Sometimes with tracking an email from outlook to CRM 2016 (online) using the CRM for outlook addin our users get an error which in the errorlog results in ;

TraceException: Unhandled Exception: System.InsufficientMemoryException: Failed to allocate a managed memory buffer of 8388608 bytes. The amount of available memory may be low.

this fault for only 8MB

anyone ran into this problem and has a solution of explanation ;-)

    Hi Tom,

    Did you find a solution for this problem? Because I get the exact same error message with the tracking of some emails from Outlook to CRM 2016 (on-Premise).
