JS ERROR MESSAGE WHEN I USE CLICK DIMENSIONS ON OUTLOOK

Hello everyone, 

I have a trouble when I want to use click dimensions on outlook. 

Click dimensions version : 9

CRM version : Dynamics 2015 Onpremise

Plug in Outlook : 2015 

When I click on "Marketing" > "Email send" or "email template", a JS error message appears. (you can see it on the attached file) 

I click on "yes" several times (4 or 5 times) and it works. 

For your information all the IE settings are ok.

    Hi Alexia,

    I would recommend that you contact Click Dimensions with this particular error, as the error is in one of their script files.

    It's already done but they don't know how to solve the issue for the moment...

    Hi Alexia,

    Have you tried loading the clickdimensions (app-eu.clickdimensions.com) site in compatibility mode in IE?

    support.microsoft.com/.../how-to-use-compatibility-view-in-internet-explorer-9
