Hi,

can anyone tell me if there is a way to add qty of goods received to the POs first view without clicking into view the transactions in the journal?

Also is it possible to add a last received date?

HI Alison,

For adding goods received you would need to post a new receipt or adjust an existing one if it was not invoiced yet. Posting a receipt will also determine the last received date.

Is your question related to how to deal with conversions from another system?

Hi,

in PO list page there is no option to see qty of goods received, it require small customization, this has been very common requirements from the business.
