In my BC test enviornment, I have lost the menu bar that allows me to search/navigate/etc. Has anyone seen this or have any ideas what to do to fix it? I have tried Edge, Chrome, and FireFox.
Hi, the top menu is working today. If your still have problem, please clear your browser cache.
Hope this helps.
Thanks.

The option bar missing or messed up is a known issue caused by Office shell that does not load properly. Mitigation step is to clear history for last 7 days and then it will work.
It is affecting some users and not others.
Thank you! Tell Me shortcut keeps me moving. Was dead in the water.
Hi, This was mentioned in both Twitter and Yammer. I believe Microsoft should fix it soon.Info in Twitter: https://twitter.com/Matalino16/status/1564377919971282946?s=20&t=21r83Oo3xQtVcij8DYdfZgInfo in Yammer: Yammer : Dynamics 365 Business Central Development : View Conversation
Before the fix, you can let customers use shortcut keys.

Thank you for Posting. Struggled to know what to even call it since it is not the menu bar but have same exact problem that popped up today. Hoping they fix asap.
This is a problem with the interface based on Microsoft recent update of database. Have not heard when the fix will be available
Hi, I am also experiencing this on my production environment. Tried different browsers checked 365 Admin for any notifications and nothing of yet. Potentially an issue with Business Central directly however will wait to see if its a wider issue.
