Could someone advise whether they have a 'Word' template for the Standard Statement in BC?

Without having to depend on a developer, customizing document layouts is simple enough but wanted to know whether something similar could be done for reports?

The changes I require to make to the 1316 statement relate to column / field renaming and sizing.

Report 1316 Standard Statement contains a word layout by default:

You can copy it to create a new one, and then export/customize/import it:
