Hi Kerry,
I believe, at the moment, there's no extensions that exist to perform the tasks you require. There is a Concur integration for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations which is the enterprise level application, but as of yet no extension for Business Central. Until these have been developed it's up to your partner to discuss what configuration options are available as they may be able to develop an integration for you.
