Workflow PO Orderer

Hi,

I am having an issue with some users. I don't think it’s related to my workflow, as it seems to be working for about 80% of them.

I believe the problem lies with the users. The workflow is supposed to go inside the PO and get the Orderer to set themselves as an approver. I see the same name in the Orderer field in the reference.

However, it doesn’t work for 20% of my users.

I checked the global address book, HR, and the user settings in the admin module, and everything seems fine; they were all created in the same way as the others.

What could be the problem?

    Did you check the security roles of the users who are not able to approve? Also, can you share the workflow approval assignment setup?

    Hi Waed Ayyad its not related to hierarchy and all user are active , the user that work have the same set up than the user who dont work in Employees HR module, system admin Users and exflow-user

    Did you setup the workflow to be hierarchy? Did you check if all users have active positions?
