We have discovered that when staff merges 2 records everything works great, EXCEPT - any cases - either open or resolved are re-assigned to a generic user set up by our CRM Consulting Company.
What would be causing this to happen, and how can we change it so that cases attached to records that are merged, stay assigned to the user they are assigned to, and not reassigned to this "generic user"?
