Trial Balance - Configure

I have a question regarding the configure tab (which allowed me to see my dates I had selected when running the Trial Balance). The configure tab had an option of hide and unhide, and I accidentally clicked on unhide where it went away and now I am unable to get it back.

    Though complete information has not been provided, but i can guess that you can get your form back in same position by deleting the personalization.

    can you please post a screenshot or path of the form/report..?

    in general as if you will right click the form, you can choose personalize and that can allow you to delete the personalization.

    I am trying to bring this view, where the small icon besides Budget Balance indicated configure, and when I clicked unhide, this view went away and I was unable to bring it back.

    I am unable to find the option of personalization. Can you please guide me as to where it would be? Thank you!

    Do you have access to manage your usage data from your user options..?

    If so, please open your usage data and delete the data for form parts.

    Hi 

    Thank you for your response. I was able to follow you till usage data. But I don't see the Parts option that you mentioned. Instead I see the following:

    Hi,

    that seems correct. As you can see from my provided screenshot, i am searching with *part*

    There you can search the pats and you can delete the records for the parts that you have changed

    Hi, 

    I have tried that with not much luck. Since I am unable to see the parts and the record that I have changed something. I compared this with my colleague who has this view and we werent able to see if there was anything different from my record compared to my colleagues. Ultimately, I am trying to get this view back.

    1) Is your colleague getting anything extra in this view..?

    2) Have you deleted the part record from usage data..?

    1) My colleague is getting to see the date selected for running the trial balance in this view.

    2) I couldnt find any option of part record per my screenshot below, and Im unable to delete anything:

    You can find the delete option from File Menu (Top-Left Corner).

    Can you please post a screenshot of your colleague's view..? Further i wonder if there has been any security changes for your user.?
