categorized search error in App for outlook for non system admin user

Hi All,

We have onpremise Dynamic 365 CRM V 9.0.15.9 setup.

When our non administrator user try to access Categorised search option in Outlook which is configured to our D365 on premise org gets below error 


We can’t open this app

The app URL wasn’t found or you need permissions to open it. Please check the URL and try again, or contact your system administrator.

We have give below security roles for this user:

Please let me know if any other security roles or permission need to be provided.

Note: As this is D365 V 9.0.15.9 version So we do `not have App for Outlook predefined security role.
