How do I add the Customer Item Number to the Packing Slip?

We are using Dynamics GP v10 and while I know you can check mark the print option to have the customer item number print on the packing slip - nothing shows up.

I want to modify the report and noticed that field is not on the report form.  Under Calculated Fields it has "nPrintCustomerItemNumber" but I am not sure if this is the field I would need to add to the report and the exact spot .

When searching through customer source knowledgbase I came across KB 856123 which shows you how to create the calculated field to print the customer item number and add it to the form (H3 & H4 for packing slips), this KB article was for v6.0-7.5.

If I take "nPrintCustomerItemNumber" and put it in H3 & H4 nothing prints then either.

I would appreciate detailed instructions on how to PRINT THE CUSTOMER ITEM NUMBER on the packing slip (and invoice).

Thank you.
