When I click a lookup, I get an infinite loading

When I click any lookup, the record it opens loads forever. Anyone know what could be causing this?

    I assume you are using Chrome latest version 73. It is a known issue and Microsoft is workign on a fix.

    The work around is you have to refresh the page and click again to open or you can use IE or Edge
