Again I am new to RMS and I have a few questions a client needs answers to immediatley..
1. Duplicate Charges with 2 customers...identical to 2 years previous transactions..
I was typing them before i read them the others I can answer just this one I dont know..thanks

Hi Angelique,
1. Press Ctrl + F6 to bring up the Display Properties.
2. Click the tab labeled Transaction screen.
3. In the bottom frame labeled Window, click the button labeled Window...
4. Make sure the checkbox is checked that reads 'Show resizable border'. Click OK until you are back at the POS screen. You should now be able to Minimize, Maximize, and Restore the window as you would any other Windows screen.

this question is so easy and yet I cant find the answer..how do u minimize the POS screen??
I am sitting here goin thru manual..i actually cant find the answer to that question
