The user gets the error Key "9" not found on report, followed by Problem starting up report when sorting the report by any segment other than the main account segment (they have 3 segments). This happens with both the "Posting" and "All Accounts" reports but does not happen when trial balances are run.
We created a new reports dictionary and the reports printed without issue until we imported the modified reports in from the old dictionary. The report with the issue is not modified, just the standard report. We tried it on both her live and test environments and got the error. Multiple users get the error and it happens on all companies. They do have a shared reports dictionary.
