Can/will Dynamics 365 mobile app allow users to use the new SMS plugin on mobile? when selecting the message icon next to the customer's phone number I am receiving the following error:
 
 
Error code: 0x90000020

    Our team searched for information about this issue and error code 0x90000020 related to it.
    Based on the information you provided, we were unable to pinpoint your error, here is our team's guess about the issue
    First of all, have you tried to send SMS from the web client, if you can't send SMS even from the web client, please check the configuration of the SMS provider according to the official documentation.

    Secondly, you mentioned that the ability to send SMS in Sales Mobile is implemented using a plugin, is this plugin provided by Microsoft or a third-party plugin? Please check the configuration of the plugin.
     
    In addition, if your issue is not due to the above two reasons, it may be due to an issue within Dynamics 365 Sales or Dynamics 365 Sales Mobile and you can seek Microsoft's help at the following link.
