HQ SERVER RUNTIME ERROR 3002

We getting error Massage in HQ server runtime error 3002 file could not be opened, If some has solution please let me know in the blog

    Possible Resolution:

    + Install HQ client on new PC and point the DB

    + Activate HQ client

    + Started communicating to HQ Server
