I have not gone through the process of setting up an instance using a BOX Storage account with CI. I was wondering if that process is any different from using Blob Storage?
Not appreciably. Basically you just need container name and key, from there if you're using Power Query, it's pretty much identical. Let me know how it goes

Are you referring to the box.com file storage and sharing service, then there are a couple of recommendations per below. Once you can make a connection to the Box from Power Query, you can import data from Power Query into Customer Insights.
