Hi, when we open the activities we get the calendar view by default. But we would like to set the list view as default.

Where can we do that?

Thanks

    Hi Phadrus,

Go to Advanced Settings > Customizations > Customize the System.

Expand Entities, click Activity. Select Controls tab, select Web, Phone, Tablet to Read-only Grid (default), like this

    Save and publish.

In this way, the Activity view will become the default list.

If you would change to calendar view, click Show AsCalendar Control.

    Hi Hao,

thanks for the quick answer. It seems to be the right way.

But I can not save the changes of the activity entity. I followed your recommenced path. If I try to save and publish the changes,  I get the message: "Some adjustments to the current entity have not yet been saved and will not be published.

Click OK to publish only the saved changes, or click Cancel to cancel this action.“ This also occurs also with other entities.

But if I modify a view of an entity, saving and publishing work fine.

    Do you have any idea?

    Regards Phadrus

    Hi Phadrus,

We need to save before publish.

If clicking the save icon is invalid, try clicking File > Save.

    Hi Hao,

I know. But obviously the changes are not saved - no matter if I use the save icon or the the File button. It is our first change of an entity. so we obviously did not notice the problem before. I verify that post and open a new one, as it is obviously a general problem.

    Many thanks for your help.

    Regards Phadrus
