How to Automatically Email An Entity View Excel File from CRM Online

I am trying to create a workflow or other automated action that will create and send an email with an excel attachment for a specified view from my Contacts entity. I want the email to be sent once per week to a specific email address.

Is there a way to set up a custom workflow or action for this in Dynamics CRM Online? Or are there other recommendations for automated reporting out of Dynamics CRM Online?
