Connected Filed Service - Preventive Maintenance - IoT device is not receiving the commands

Hi,

I am trying to send IoT command to the generated IoT alert but the command is not reflecting back in IoT hub

Command shows status sent but is not received on IoT hub. Pls refer screenshots below.

Could you please suggest what could be the reason?

    Please refer to the following documentation to do the troubleshoot.

    Troubleshoot Connected Field Service | Microsoft Docs

    Use the information in failed logic apps to diagnose the issue and to provide to the Microsoft support team. Create a Dynamics 365 support ticket.

    Sometimes the simulator itself can be fickle as it is not a real device. Try sending the command and refresh the simulator to see if the command reflects on the simulator. If that does not do the trick, you can check to make sure the command is being received by opening your azure portal and checking the CRM to IoTHub logic app, and looking at the last run to make sure there are no errors.
