Disallow printing of PO for PO which is under Pending Approval

Hello,

Is it possible to prevent user from printing Purchase order when the PO is having status of Pending Approval?

Appreciate all advise.

    Hi May. Unless I'm mistaken, it's not possible to do this without development. The printing is possible while the PO status is Pending Approval. It feels like a bit of an oversight, but perhaps it's so people can print the document to obtain a signature, in addition to or instead of using the standard workflow. Anyway you would need development to stop the printing.

    There is no way to do this without extension. By default, BC does not restrict the printing based on approval.
