I would certainly visit with those who are involved in the statement printing process as I would generally not recommend hard-coding a date on any report due to maintenance issues unless an absolute requirement.
I have narrowed it down, the statement has been heavily modified. When I remove a calculated field called Discount Available Field, the report prints great. Upon further examination of this field I see conditional statement that shows RM_Statements_TRX_TEMP.Document Date >= 9/1/2013 and RM _Statements_TRX_TEMP.Document Amount > 0
if True, SOP_HDR_HIST.Discount Available Amount, False 0..... the hard coded date looks like it maybe the culprit but I don't know what to put there in it's place
I have not encountered this specific error before. Is the organization using standard GP functionality for statement printing or is a 3rd party product involved?
sORRY, when trying to print statements this message pops up. I have renamed reports.dic and imported back in all of the modified reports. Other statement forms print ok, I think the modified version is corrupt. It printed fine last month and nothing has changed so not sure whats up
This does not make sense. what are you trying to accumulate? Please provide more details.
