Changing hover text in CRM 365

Hi everyone, I have the following issue - I have to change this hover text in my CRM ( see the picture below). Please give me an advice - which is the easiest way to do this?

    IT must be in your theme settings.

    Settings->Customizations->Themes

    Select the default team

    Update Logo Tooltip in the theme and click "Publish Theme"
