Microsoft Data Migration for Quickbooks Online "no longer meets developer guidelines"

Hi -

I'm new to Dynamics but not to Microsoft. I'm trying to migrate from Quickooks Online to BC. When I attempted to use the Exporter in BC I got unable to connect to Microsoft Data Migration. The application no longer meets our (Quickbooks Marketplace) developer guidelines. Contact the app developer.

I'm trying to do just that. Is there a way for someone on the forum to let Microsoft know this has been de-certified.

Does not meet developer guidlines

    Hello,

Are you starting the Data Migration Wizard via Assisted Setup. It should be installed already, out of the box. For me, it has the following details (to be found in Extension Management).

Migration of QuickBooks Data Microsoft v. 21.1.48363.48949

    Thank you,

    Hello,

Thank you for this update. As I am located in EMEA, I cannot run the wizard myself, but someone in our US team should you assist you with this issue. Please raise a support ticket to Microsoft.

    Thank you.

I’m new to Dynamics. This is for my business and I am an end customer. I don’t think I’m allowed to call Microsoft directly to raise a ticket. I think it has to go through a partner first? I don’t understand the support process.

    Hello,

That is correct, Microsoft CSS / Microsoft support provides support to partner and the partner is entitled to modify the standard system behavior, develop extensions. Cloud Migration is typically done by a partner that has the license for it.

    Thank you.

Try the Skyvia app. It can migrate Quickooks Online data to Dynamics without coding. Read more here.
