Hello Experts,
We have a scenario with one of our customers where we are required to configured personal mailboxes of users for outgoing emails only and if the customer responds to the email we do not want that email to be received in the outlook either. So here is the flow:
- 1. My personal email address is hammad@testcompany and only my outgoing profile is configured in CRM with server-side sync.
- 2. I send an email to the customer with my personal email address from CRM.
- 3. If the customer replies to the same email then the reply that is sent from the customer should not be received by me even on outlook.
- 4. The reply should directly be received at sales@testcompany.com as we have the incoming profile configured in CRM for this common mailbox.
As I understand, there needs to be a rule on the exchange server level that any email coming to my mailbox should be routed to the sales@testcompany.com email directly so that I do not see it in my outlook either. Please let me know if you guys have any other suggestions around it.
