Insufficient permissions for one user on bulk edit

I hope someone can help with an odd error we have on one of our customer's Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement deployments.

One user is getting an "Insufficient Permissions" error when trying to use the bulk edit functionality. The odd thing is that they have the exact same security roles as a user who is able to use the bulk edit functionality. The exact error is shown below:

For clarity:

  • We have no field level security implemented.
  • We have no custom teams setup.
  • Both users are on the same browser.

Any help would be appreciated!

    Thanks Ricardo. I am not sure why this permission matters but it sees to have fixed the problem.

    Hello,

    Try to assign this privilege to the user role and see if this action solve the problem: prvCreateUserEntityUISettings.

    Thank you for your response. I can confirm that both users are in the same business unit (there is only 1).

    Hello,

    Usually privilege errors displayed details about which entity´s privilege is required. Looks like that something else is happening during bulk edit. Could you please tell me if the both users are in the same Business Unit?
