I hope someone can help with an odd error we have on one of our customer's Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement deployments.
One user is getting an "Insufficient Permissions" error when trying to use the bulk edit functionality. The odd thing is that they have the exact same security roles as a user who is able to use the bulk edit functionality. The exact error is shown below:
For clarity:
- We have no field level security implemented.
- We have no custom teams setup.
- Both users are on the same browser.
Any help would be appreciated!
