Hi everyone,
In my business, we provide services to my customer's clients.
Sometimes, my customer asks me to reimburse some of their client's expenses. This, as I see it, is a sales return.
In this case, my customer's clients will provide bank account information for a deposit or transfer.
How can I post a sales return payment to the bank account of my customer's client?
Thanks in advance for you answer,
Hi, standard doesn't have this functionality, you have to create a customer first.
So generally when returning goods (credit memo or return order), you can choose the original customer and the contact person of the end customer.
When refunding, you can add multiple banks to the customer, including the end customer.
These are all methods that do not require customization, and hope to give you some hints.
Thanks
ZHU
Hi Andres Lesano ,
Handling credits for customers.
We have built an extension to do this for another customer before but it depends on how we structure your data. In their scenario it was parent/child related, OR in another instance we had a custom field mapping the client A to child client B/C/D.
I am assuming you want this because BC can raise the EFT transaction to pay and you can include this on your vendor payment run?
Alternatively
You just post a customer credit and pay it manually via a payment journal.
I hope this has answered you question.
Thanks JC
