Electronic Bank Rec Message "The download from the bank has already been performed?"

In the Transactions Download window, after downloading the transactions from the file, I am getting a GP Message popup after clicking the OK button to save my download. "The download from the bank has already been performed?" YES or NO are my options. I have tested this in a test environment and it doesn't seem to make a difference on which I select. Does anyone know what is effected by selecting YES or NO to this message?
